Evening Prayer: The God Who Sees
Thank the Lord for another evening. We’ve made it through the day. He has guided us, kept us, and brought us through safely. Praise Him for another chance to rest in His presence and simply rest.
He is El Roe, the God who sees. He sees the weight. He is there when so many may not understand. He is there through the dark situations, through the impossible, and through the heaviness. He is making a way out of no way. As you lay down to rest, I pray that the Lord surrounds you and your home.
Every weapon of the enemy must break, for the devourer has no authority. The enemy only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. But God sits on the right hand of the Father interceding for us. He is faithful, and He is more than able.
I pray that the heaviness breaks and that the light of His love lifts you and brings joy to your heart, for He is with you. Nothing can overcome the Lord. He is the light that we carry. He is there in the midst. Every bit of the weight of this world must break. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
