Psalm 91 lays out a promise that as the world is moving, as chaos may be erupting, as weapons of the enemy may be forming, that God will protect and keep you who abides under the shadow of the Almighty, who rests in His presence, and who trusts in Him.
At this point in the scripture, we see that you will see the wicked, you will see the destruction, you will see the pestilence, but only with your eyes will you see it. That is a clear distinction that this will not be your portion. It may be happening to others around you.
You may see a world that is falling away from God and turning their back on His precepts and principles, begin to experience all of the warfare of chaos in a world gone mad. However, you will only see it with your eyes. You will not experience it with your life.
