I have been working at a job. It’s very hard work and have not been paid since last September and I whine and complain and I’ve let it make my life miserable and I always say I do it because I think that’s what God wants me to do.
It’s been 10 years now and I just keep waiting for him to open other doors for me
After reading this, I can work with a better attitude and praise God and tried really hard to stop complaining. You have helped me so much thank you in Jesus name amen.
I am glad it could encourage you, and agree with Nancy who said that if you aren't being paid, it is unethical of them to expect you to say. God's Word also says to pay a worker his due. It is one thing to stay paid at a place where God has called you. It is another if this is volunteer. Listen to God's voice, lean on spiritual mentors, and find fulfillment in doing what the Lord desires. I am so thankful that my words had an impact.
Hello Sellena, I hear you and see you, more importantly God does, keep up the good work with your heart & mindset. I will say that God does not want any of His children to be abused in any way. Not getting paid for that long is reprehensible to say the least!
Yes, I came to be aware of this Scripture verse a few years ago, at first it was hard for me to embrace due to the fact that I had a very toxic work place, across the board I may add, however since then I know and do practice this heartset although at times I feel that I fall short in terms of my fully exercising this in my mind and heart.
However God is always there to help me get back on track to focusing on Him and my desire to please Him. He is truly wonderful like that:), ever merciful, giving grace beyond measure and never forsaking me/us 🙏🙌❤️
I am in business for myself, have been out of that particular workplace for awhile now, there have been many toxic people and workplaces throughout my long life however I have always been able to weather the storm and move higher and into my purpose for that season and beyond!
God has delivered me from it all and He is always with me🙏🙌
