Prayer for Sweet Sleep
Praise the Lord for traveling mercies. We’ve made it through the day. Praise God for the outpouring of His Spirit as you prepare to rest tonight. I pray for peace that surpasses understanding and grace that paves the way for sweet sleep.
I pray that every weight and stronghold be cast down. Where your Spirit is there is liberty. So I bless the Lord for freedom of the wieght of the day and all of the issues of life that the world desires for you to carry. May the grace of God cover you tonight that your rest would be complete and refreshing in the name of Jesus.
The Lord is with you and will not forsake you. He is demonstrated time and time again His love and faithfulness through His word. He is El Shaddai, El Roi, Jehovah Jireh, and Jehovah Nissi. He is breaking every chain and ushering in sweet sleep in Jesus mighty name. Amen.
