The Message For Today (October 26, 2024):

In this very moment, God is with you. He is upholding you with his mighty right hand. To live in this moment, breathe in this moment, and overcome in this moment requires you to release every old thing and allow the Lord to have his way. It requires that you let go of every thought. It requires that you let go of every fear. It requires that you recognize the sovereignty of the Lord our God and his ability to keep you in all of your ways because he is God.
When you look to the left and you look to the right, when you begin to wonder,
How is God going to guide you through this path?
How is God going to equip you for this journey?
And how is God going to keep you from falling?
You begin to allow doubt in. In order to stop that flow of doubt and fear, being rooted in this moment becomes your superpower. Being present in this moment becomes the shift. When you allow God to be the very present help that comes in times of trouble, in times of fiery circumstances, and in times of heaviness and loss, you then let God know by your very heart posture that you trust him. You allow him to see your heart fully. You allow him to see your fear fully.
Yet and still, you trust him.
Making that decision is imperative in order to see the manifestation of the glory of God in your life. There is nothing that God can't handle and there is nothing that God cannot do. The scripture in Job chapter 13:15, says
15 Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him.
That heart’s cry from Job was in reaction to him being chosen by God for the testing. It was a reaction to him enduring great loss, losing all of his children, losing his cattle, losing his wealth, enduring great calamity because God chose him. Not from any issue from his own hand, but because the Lord said you can test my servant Job. Many of the situations in your life and the heaviness that you have endured, it's because God has said, you can test my servant. You can test her.
God has allowed certain things, certain weight to befall you, not to punish you, not to keep you in purgatory, but to show people and to show the enemy that God is able and that he will keep you. In the same way that Job received a double portion, in the same way that God released double upon him in Job chapter 40, know that the Lord can do the same for you. He can keep you. He can guide you. In Job 42:10 reads,
10 And the Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.
Get ready for the latter rain. Get ready for a very present help in a time of trouble. You are being kept moment by moment for such a time as this. You are being kept season by season that the Lord may be able to use you to expand his kingdom, that you and God can come into divine relationship, that you can trust him at greater capacity, and that his love can come forth through you through the demonstration of your light in a world that has become very dark.
It has become very lost and it has become very afraid. Let your life be a demonstration of light, of joy, and of faith. You are being kept. Receive that you are being kept. Believe that you are being kept and walk in the glory of being kept moment by moment.
Closing Devotional Prayer
My prayer for you: Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank you. I thank you, God, that you are able to keep us from falling. I thank you, Lord God, for this devotional this morning and for the woman listening to it and for the woman reading it. I thank you, God, that these mighty women of God that are here, God, these that are the beginning of a wave of your glory, that they will go forth, God, with all power, and they will begin to see something different.
I pray that there will be a move of God, that the revelation of God will go forth mightily over them, over everything that concerns them, God, that there will be movement, Lord God, nothing missing and nothing broken. For you are the Lord our God, and beside you, God, there is no other. Thank you for the weighted glory of God.
Thank you for the mission. Thank you, God, for the vision. Thank you, for you are Jehovah. You reign over all the heavens and all of the earth, O God. Thank you, God, for shift. Thank you for revelation, peace, and joy, which is their portion. I thank you, Lord God, that these things are lining up, that nothing is missing and nothing is broken because everything belongs to you. I thank you, Lord, and I pray in Jesus' mighty name, Amen.
