Today’s Devotional Scripture: 25 And they shall dwell in the land that I have given unto Jacob my servant, wherein your fathers have dwelt; and they shall dwell therein, even they, and their children, and their children's children for ever: and my servant David shall be their prince for ever.
26 Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them: and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them for evermore. - Ezekiel 37:25-26 KJV

Audio Version Of This Devotional: Grow In Peace Audio
Sometimes, growth is hard. It is difficult. It takes work. It takes patience. It takes tenacity. To grow in the things of God has more than likely been by fire.
Faith growing by fire. Resilience growing by fire and just your consistency growing by fire.
The pressing in the spirit, the growth, and the weightiness of it all is meant to be a strengthener. It's meant to make you stronger and strengthen your faith and to increase the walk with God so that will be more oil for more pressing, not less. However, in this scripture we see something different. We see in Ezekiel 37 after the Lord decrees to blow wind, the wind is blowing.
He speaks to the prophet in Ezekiel 37 and He comes to him and shows him a vision and this vision very clearly shows a valley of dry bones. This vision shows that once the prophet advises the wind to speak and once he speaks to the bones that they will live. He commands the winds to blow. We see that these bones are knit together. They are standing upright to represent all of the army of Israel.
Then there is a wind that fills them and that fuels them beyond their physical body. There is a wind that represents the breath of God. We see this scripture unfold and then the Lord says now this is what that vision means. As He's going through the breakdown of the vision, this is one of the things He promises to the children of Israel.
That they would dwell in the land that God had created for them and that he had already given to Jacob his servant. So this was a generational blessing. This was a blessing that went from generation to generation, from mother to daughter, and from father to son. Generational blessings, the Generational favor, and the generational power was sent along with a covenant.
Not only did He say that they would dwell in the land that he gave his servant Josepeh (so restoring to them what was lost) whether they would dwell therein with their children's children forever (we're talking about legacy).
Then in verse 26 it says moreover (in addition to that, exceedingly abundantly above that) the scripture says that the Lord will make a covenant of peace with them and it shall be an everlasting covenant. That God would place them and multiply them and will build a sanctuary in the midst of them. This entire process is one of restoration, establishment, and growth. But, He says that it will be done through a covenant of peace.
For a people who have felt cut off from their parts, they have felt that things have been dry. They have felt things have been a little overwhelming. The Lord still spoke to them that there would now be peace.
Growth doesn't have to be hard.
Growth doesn't need to cost everything. Growth doesn't need to cost your very being and stretching and all of this heaviness that we're so accustomed to in the Body. Growth can be easy. Increase can come in peace. I hear the Lord say that this is the season of peace and that we're going to see an ease come into the things that we do day-by-day.
The grace of the Lord is going to come and shift the environment, break down every wall, scatter the hand of the enemy, and restore the people back to their former glory. What does that look like in the modern world? It looks like being restored, being empowered by the Holy Spirit, and having your joy restored because there is an attack on joy. There's an attack on family. There's a strategic effort to destabilize the family.
The Lord is saying that you will multiply, that He will establish you, and that you will multiply under a covenant of peace. That's what this scripture says and this scripture, I believe, is good for this season. It is good for right now. It is good for this moment for those who will receive it and believe it as the word of their God.
This scripture is saying to grow and to let go despite the famine, despite any calamity in the markets, and despite the rumors of war in the world. God is still God. He is still able. He is still shifting and empowering his people day in and day out. God is still being God. He's a good, good father so we know this to be true. We know him to be a good, good God.
We know that He's keeping us, that he's supplying all of our needs according to his riches and glory, and that the Lord is maintaining His people. Now in this season of acceleration, there will be growth. These are the things that you hope for. This is faith becoming real and faith being magnified. This is the glory of the Lord coming forth out of the heavenlies with words, with scriptures, with revelation, with peace, and with joy.
In the midst of every circumstance, He is still God alone and we decree increase over the people of God.
Closing Devotional Prayer
My prayer for you: Father I thank you. I thank you for covering the mighty woman of God. I thank you for an assurance, oh God. I thank you God that there be a gentle peace that goes over her now. She knows that you are her God and that your spirit will surround her God like a warm blanket. You said that the Holy Spirit is the comforter.
I thank you God that the comforter is surrounding the mighty woman of God and that she's ready to step into this day with power, oh God. I thank you that today you dealt not with just the power, oh God, but with the establishment, with the faith, and with the growth in peace. I thank you right now for being a keeper Lord. I thank you for the fire.
I thank you, oh God, that there is a flowing and that the oil is here. Nothing is missing for the mighty woman of God. I thank you God for shifting her entire day. For every minute she's invested in this devotional and her morning prayer that Lord God there be an increase of time. I pray that you begin to lift the weight and that she begins to see all of the good that you are putting in the earth, oh God. That she looks for the silver lining and that she looks at the good in every circumstance.
I pray that she will bless the name of the Lord even when it doesn't seem like you hear. When it seems like maybe that you're not there. I pray that she will bless you always and that nevertheless, oh God, that she will lift up her hands and that she will give you praise and that she will bless your holy name. I thank you Lord and I pray in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
