Line after line, scripture after scripture, our cornerstone scriptures today show us the evidence. They show us the truth. These scriptures demonstrate throughout the Old and the New Testament, the power of Jesus Christ and the sacrifice that he made on the cross.

Reconciled Back To God

He endured the cross in the shame that we may be reconciled back to our father and be the righteousness of God in the earth. This was the love of God that he sent his only begotten son. That if we would believe on him, that we would have everlasting life.

¹⁶ For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. - John 3:16 KJV

The truth of the matter is that every cost that the world tells us we have to pay for our mistakes, God has already paid it. Jesus bore the weight of our sin so that you and I can be here today living without enduring the weight of sin, living without enduring death, which is the wage of sin.

Our God sent His son to die on the cross that Jesus would be the first of many, the fruit that bore forth truth that he was God alone, and that we could come before our God with no limit.

²⁴ Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit. - John 12:24 KJV

That we could come before God and we could pray, that we could seek His face, and that we could know the Lord our God through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. The entire ministry of reconciliation was laid on that cross this faithful day. As we look to the hills from which cometh our help (Psalm 121:1-2 KJV), as we look up and seek His face, remember that every weight can break and every wall can come down.

He has washed us of our sin. As far as the east is from the west, He separated us and washed us as white as snow. This is the grace and glory of God in the scripture that we are able to walk in liberty, that where His spirit is, we are free (2 Corinthians 3:17 KJV). This is the promise of God, but it’s more than just a promise. It is what He walked out in the earth.

The Cost of Liberty

It is the price He paid so that we could be free. And so sudden shifts, sudden breakthroughs, sudden open doors and turnarounds, these things are possible and made able by the spirit of the living God. It is by faith that we begin to see things change.

It is by faith that we begin to become someone new, that our hearts and minds are renewed in His scripture and in His word. This is why there are so many scriptures provided today, because every single one of these speaks to, prophesies of, and affirms that the blood that was shed on the cross paid the cost that we don’t have to do it again.

We don’t have to pay that cost again. We are not Jesus. We are to be Christ-like in our thinking, Christ-like in our walking, because he is the author and the finisher of our faith, but we are not Jesus. Jesus, the son of God and the son of man, has already paid the cost that we can be free. And receiving that was the first step and truly the only step in our walk with Christ is receiving that he is.

Receiving in our hearts and in our minds that the cost has already been paid so that everything that we do in Christ Jesus can be full of liberty, can be full of freedom, can be full of peace and joy. We don’t have to walk under condemnation or shame. That is not our portion. The weight of yesterday is done. It is broken.

And we are to come before Him with hearts submitted and ready to walk fully in the things of God, ready to walk in our purpose, ready to share the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living, ready to go forth into all the earth and make disciples of men. That’s what God has called us to do and be in the earth.

He’s not called us to sit in darkness, to sit in regret, to sit in shame and unforgiveness. No, He’s called us to be free, and he has paid the cost for it too. He paid it all so that you and I could walk in the liberty, we could walk in the favor, the grace, and the glory of the living God. He is mighty to save. He is mighty to deliver, and he has victory over every chain of iniquity.

It is the word of the Lord and the blood of the lamb, which guides our steps, which secures us, and which paid the cost. It’s all that we need in order to walk fully with God, to walk fully in the peace of God, to walk fully in the favor of the living God.

Today, as you look at your life and as you sit in remembrance of the cost that was paid, that the Lord willingly gave His life for you and me, remember in the midst of this, that God has given you the ability to walk free too. He’s given you the capacity to break chains in the name of Jesus. Whom the Son sets free is free indeed.

Closing Devotional Prayers

My prayer for you:

Father, in the name of Jesus. Thank you. Thank you, God, that your mercies are new every morning. Thank you for the grace and glory of God. Lord, I thank you that there is no limit in you. Lord, I thank you for you are the righteous God, the holy one, the king of kings, and the Lord of lords.

Thank you, oh king of glory, for shifting everything. You are mighty to save, mighty to deliver, and set free. Have your way, oh King of glory. Have your way, oh God. There’s nobody like you. I thank you for the mighty woman of God. I thank you, God, that we are under the weight of glory, that the word of the Lord is real, that your word, oh God, will not return to you void.

I thank you, God, that we are free. I thank you for sudden shifts, sudden breakthroughs, sudden release in the name of Jesus, that we are letting go now, and in our letting go, we’re opening our hearts to receive that you are the great I am. You are the King of kings and the Lord of lords. I thank you, Lord, and I pray in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

Day after day, life can get monotonous.

It can get really easy to get tied up in day-to-day issues and not be mindful of the moment; to miss out on the majesty, the breath, and the space between heartbeats. God lives there. He lives, and he breathes between the heartbeats. He is God in the midst of us, and He loves us just the same.

So how do we break that pattern? How do we be mindful of every moment? How do we take hold of the moment, giving God glory, and remembering who he is? How do we do that in a day-to-day life that is so full of responsibilities, so full of tasks, so full of children and jobs and volunteering and all of these things?

How do we find that space, create that space where we can worship one-to-one with Jesus? How can we get into that place? How can we break the monotony? How can we intentionally take hold of our nights where we’re blessing God, that we’re not randomly just moving around, but we’re blessing the Lord?

We’re not just moving in a monotonous pattern. We’re moving with intention through that task. We’re moving with intention through our evening. We’re moving with excitement and joy about the time that we’re going to spend in God’s presence.

How can we bring about that excitement, that joy, looking to the King of glory, the righteous one, the Holy God? How can we reignite that fire for His presence and for His Spirit?

Now, the Lord tells us that these things only come by prayer and fasting (Matthew 17:21 KJV), that some things stay rooted from generation to generation through all of our lives because we don’t fast and pray. But deeper than that is a heart that recognizes that God has given you dominion and authority over everything, including your day, including your schedule, and including your life.

That you can begin to put a stopgap in where you center and you remember who you are in Christ Jesus. No more delays, no more distractions, and no more monotonous living.

From this moment, commit your heart to being mindful that the glory of the living God can rest upon you in those mindful moments where you are being still and knowing that he is God (Psalm 46:10 KJV), where you’re breaking every distraction, every stronghold, where you’re fighting the good fight of faith just to be still in His presence.

Because we know all of the issues and the depths and the things pop up when you are sitting with the Lord.

So I thank God for your stillness tonight. I thank God for your peace tonight. I thank God for your joy and your restoration tonight. I’m praying for the blessing that makes rich and adds no sorrows. I’m praying for the grace of God to cover you and to cover all that concerns you in Jesus name.

The day between Jesus’ death and resurrection is a day most Christians do not think about. I have heard it called “Silent Saturday” because the Bible does not offer any commentary about what happened on that day. I can only speculate.

Imagine Mary weeping, comforted by the other women who followed Jesus.

“Why, Lord?” she asks. “Aren’t you God? Do something!”

For no parent should have to grieve the death of their child.

Imagine Peter with the other disciples in a room. He sits in a corner, his face turned away from the others, who are all whispering.

“Did you hear? Peter betrayed him three times!”

“Judas sold us out, I can’t believe it.”

“Who is worse? Peter or Judas?”

“How can you say that? He’s right here.”

Peter tucks his legs against his chest and hides his face. Their words sink into his soul.

Imagine their cries. Imagine their sorrow.

For them, the Resurrection is not a possibility.

They do not know it is coming.

To them, it is the blackest day and darkest night. A place without hope.

They are grieving the loss of their Teacher and Messiah. That is why Mary is weeping by the tomb when Jesus and the angels find her. Not only is her beloved Master dead, but his body is not even there for her to grieve. She has no idea what will happen next.

Let this be a reminder that it’s okay to grieve. It’s okay to weep and cry and bring your pain to the One who is and was and is to come. We shouldn’t skip over the grief, wanting to go to the Resurrection because it makes us feel better. Instead, we should allow it to wash through us and bring it to God, just like Jeremiah did in Lamentations and David did through his Psalms.

Once all the tears have flowed and the mourning has ceased, we can face the new day. For weeping may last the night, but joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5).

That joy has a name: Jesus, Rabboni.

Dear Lord, I bring my grief and sorrow to you. I cry in your arms and feel your embrace. Help me to see light in the darkness. In Your Son’s Name, Amen.

The Message For Today (April 3, 2026):

Suddenly, something that seemed impossible, or something that was never considered, happened. In both of the cornerstone scriptures, we see the phrase "suddenly” used to describe how quickly something came about. How quickly the faith and the obedience of the people produced a heavenly result.

All of a Sudden: Sudden Shifts

In the first cornerstone scripture in Acts 2:2-3, this is the world-renowned cornerstone of our faith. It is the story of Pentecost, the day that a rushing mighty wind filled the place where 120 were praying in the upper room, as instructed by Jesus. So they were praying, and in the midst of their praying, a mighty rushing wind came in all of a sudden, and the evidence of this being from heaven was the appearance of cloven tongues as of fire on each of the 120 in that room.

The prayers that went forth and the result that happened straight from heaven were a demonstration of obedience that produces swift changes and a swift result. The day that they were told to pray, at the time they were told to pray, is considered the beginning of what we know to be the outpouring of the Holy Spirit and the demonstration of all of these spiritual gifts, the gift of speaking in tongues and the gift of interpretation of tongues.

The power of that instance in scripture, where many from all over the world gathered for an event, and they were of different dialects, different languages, and they were amazed as the 120 were speaking to them in their own language. Which they knew to be highly improbable, if not impossible, because of the distance some of them traveled from. From all over the earth, knowing that their language was not prolific. This was not the time of the internet; this was not something people of a different region or language or a different country or nation would know your tongue.

But when the Holy Spirit came in, all of a sudden, what would have been difficult to teach in all these different languages became possible, and so possible that those who were from different nations were put on notice that something different was happening. They knew in their hearts this was unusual. This caught their attention, and they listened, and that day, 3,000 souls were added to the kingdom of God and the earth. 3,000 people became followers of Christ that day because of the empowerment of the Holy Spirit all of a sudden.

So we can see that when we walk with God in obedience, doors begin to open. When we have the faith to pray of one accord, two or more gathering together, there He is in the midst also. We also see the power of congregations coming together in prayer, which we see throughout scripture.

We see King Jehoshaphat in the city of Jerusalem and all of Judah praying and fasting that the Lord would deliver them from their enemies, the army of Seir and Ammon. So literally, they see the power of the Lord released in their prayer and fasting. This is 2 Chronicles 20, that we begin to see that open up.

So all of a sudden, the Holy Spirit responds when we gather in prayer. This is recorded through scripture, it is recorded in the Pentecost, and this can be evidence unto you that your praying and fasting before the Lord can produce “all of a sudden results in your life.

What are you praying for? What do you hope to see? What is it that you’ve been waiting on? The Lord is faithful. He is faithful, and He desires to see us prosper in the name of Jesus. But we must operate by faith and obedience to Him so that “all of a sudden” can become our reality.

Sudden shifts, sudden changes, sudden breakthrough, and sudden healing in the name of Jesus, because we believed by faith and obeyed God, that our faith was living and not dead, but full of His Spirit, full of action, and full of glory, because faith without works is dead.

So for us to see all of a sudden in our lives, all of a sudden, suddenly, immediately, breakthrough after breakthrough, is for us to obey God, to follow Him, and to lift Him up in prayer. To pray over our situations and believe by faith that God is a way maker. He is a promise keeper. He is our healer. He is Jehovah Rapha, our provider, and He brings in healing. He brings in sudden changes, but we must press, like they did in the upper room, the 120.

All of A Sudden: Quick Turnarounds

In the second cornerstone scripture, we see that all of a sudden is different there. In this scripture, 2 Chronicles 29:36, is the last verse in chapter 29. It opens up, sharing that Hezekiah reigned for 29 years. He started at 25. It goes through his journey, and the first thing he does as he begins to reign is he goes into the house of the Lord and commands the mighty men of God, the Levites, the believers of Jesus Christ, to go into the house and clear out everything, to clear the house and set the house of the Lord back in order.

To open up the doors, to be in the temple, to light the candles, to burn the incense, which is what they did in these times in the temple of the Lord. When you read through 2 Chronicles 29, swiftly, the entire nation responds. The blessing here is that many recognize, including Hezekiah, that the Lord had prepared the people.

This was not something where they had to think through it, or they had to overthink it. It was as if the people were waiting. It was done so quickly. It was such a quick turnaround in the house of the Lord. The cleansing of the house, the setting it in order, the relighting of the candles, and the Levites cleaning themselves, ordering their hearts to be upright before the Lord.

And then more, because the people brought so many burnt offerings, they needed more that would also sanctify themselves and prepare themselves for the burnt offerings. That is how quickly the nation responded to the call.

So we see here that it was done suddenly in the sight of Hezekiah and all the people, for they knew that this was an unusual speed. The way that it happened was quickly, almost as if God had them ready.

What are you ready for in this season? What has God prepared you for, that you’re ready for the open door, you’re ready for the fresh opportunity?

Fix your heart on this: the Lord is with you and is preparing you to see something new. He’s preparing you for this new season. He’s preparing you for this open door. He’s preparing you for this way, being made out of no way. He’s preparing you.

Our God is faithful to prepare. He’s faithful to restore. And when we’re ready, the people, us, those connected to us, we move in the name of Jesus.

This is the season of divine restoration. This is the season of suddenness. This is the season of being covered and knowing that He is God. There is nobody like Him.

All of a sudden, He is able to do it.

All of a sudden, He can change situations around.

All of a sudden, He can set your house in order.

The same way the house of the Lord was set in order in Hezekiah, in 2 Chronicles, with King Hezekiah.

There’s a pouring that’s happening, and when we receive it, and when we follow God, and we trust Him beyond a shadow of a doubt, we can see “all of a sudden” as well.

Closing Devotional Prayer

My prayer for you.

Father, in the name of Jesus, thank you. Thank you for the mighty woman of God. Thank you, God, that she’s a part of this Daily Devotional for Women community. Thank you, God, for blessing this community: the mighty women of God who are the paid subscribers and those who are free as well. Bless each and every woman in the name of Jesus.

And for those sowing, oh God, I thank you for a pressing down, a shaking, and a running over all of a sudden in their finances. Break everything that’s not like you, oh God.

I’m praying collectively that every woman here reading this or listening, God, that there is a change in her finances. There’s a change in the way that she sees things. There’s a shift in the way that she approaches things, God, in the name of Jesus.

I’m praying for the outpouring of your spirit, oh God, that quickly changes things around, that shifts circumstances, shifts rooms. Your spirit, oh God, is capable of moving every wall, breaking down every stronghold, and shifting the mighty woman of God into her next season, into her sudden season, her season of liberty and freedom.

So Lord, I thank you, oh God, that you are faithful. I thank you, God, for you are more than able. I thank you, God, for being the promise keeper, the great I Am, the King of kings, and the Lord of lords. I thank you, Lord, and I pray in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

The Message For Today (April 2, 2026):

There is nothing in the earth that is greater than our God. There is nothing in the heavens, and there is nothing in the Spirit that is greater than our God. He is mighty to save, and He is mighty to deliver. What God says is what is, for he is not a man that he should lie, nor the Son of man, that he should change his mind? Our God reigns supreme.

So when we look at the issues of life, when we look at our finances, when we look at our relationships, and when we consider even the weight of just today, we can lay all of that before our King. We can lay it down at the feet of His throne, and we can surrender to the glory that is our God:

• to the way that He directs us,

• the way that He loves us,

• the way that He guides us with lovingkindness,

• the way that He orders our steps,

• the way that His Word lights us up,

• the way that praise and prayer begin to shift us and empower us to work fully in the things of God.

All of this is because we are fully persuaded.

We are persuaded that God is with us and we are with God. We know that He is real. We pray in the name of Jesus, we commit our lives to the following of Christ, and we commit our days to loving God, to doing the best we can do in our day to day lives, but knowing as long as we bring our best, that God can go exceedingly, abundantly, above all, that we can ask or think according to the power at work within us (EphesianS 3:20-21 KJV).

So there is so much scriptural truth and historical evidence from your own lives and from the lives of those around you, that God is more than able to. That He is a good God, a loving father, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. Yes, the world gets heavy. Yes, the enemy seems like he’s winning when you look at the issues, you look at the war, you look at the chaos that some people bring, you look at their death, and you look at all the bad things that people do.

It may seem like the enemy is winning; it may seem like the enemy owns the earth and everything in it. But we know that not to be true. We know that no matter what is happening in our lives, that the Holy Spirit is at work within us. No matter what is happening in the world. The Holy Spirit is at work within us. There is a grace and a glory that goes forth when we move in faith.

Not halfway faith, and not little faith. But full embodied, full of glory faith. When we move in faith and we start walking with God, it becomes evident that we were never on our own. It becomes evident that God has always been with us. And it becomes evident that we are the sons and the daughters of God. It becomes evident that we are his children. That we begin to see things change in our lives. When we fully are persuaded.

And because we are fully persuaded, we are here. Right here, right now, in this devotional. Committing to this journey every day, day in and day out. No matter how difficult things may be, no matter how busy your schedule, you’re here, you’re listening to this or you’re reading this. That is an indication of where you value your life, your time, and your walk with God. You are persuaded.

Allow today to be a reminder that nothing can separate you from the love of God. Nothing can snatch you out of His hand. We see this in the New Testament. In John 10:28, it reads:

²⁸ And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. - John 10:28 KJV

In this passage of Scripture, we see that Jesus is being surrounded. He’s being surrounded by the Jews. He’s being surrounded by those who do not believe, or those who have seen the good works but refuse to believe. And He begins to speak to them in parables, as he often does. And then He tells them plainly In John 10:29:

²⁹ My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.

³⁰ I and my Father are one. - John 10:29-30 KJV

Then the Jews took up stones again to stone Him.

So we see in this scripture that the Lord is surrounded. We see that there are Pharisaical Jews that deny the power of God, even though they know the scripture. We see that here they deny the power of Jesus despite knowing the Scripture. They do not believe Jesus to be the Messiah. And because he said, I and my Father are one, decided to take up stones against them. And Jesus just continues to press in that he’s the Son of God.

When we walk with God, and we are fully persuaded, we’re not just out there on our own. We are in the hands of a loving Father who, in the dark seasons, in the darkness of night, in the bright of day, and in the best seasons of our life, He is there through them all. He is right there through every process. He’s right there for the roller coaster seasons up and down. He is God. And when you believe that inherently in your heart, then stepping out of low seasons is no longer risky. It’s a matter of your growth.

And we know that God is there holding our hands, guiding us in His Spirit, guiding us through the scriptures, guiding us through His holy word, and through the fellowship of those who love the Lord as well. He has given us so many avenues to invest in ourselves by sitting with Him. He’s given us opportunities to invest hours in our lives in His presence.

This is the opportunity that Jesus gives us by virtue of his very existence. Not to mention the death, the burial, and the resurrection that He endured, that he may sit on the right hand of the Father in glory. We are with God, and He is with us. Being fully persuaded is the key to walking in that liberty, to taking hold of those confessions, and to knowing that He is God.

Be fully persuaded of what you believe. Be fully persuaded of God’s love for you. Be fully persuaded that nothing can stand between you and the Lord. Nothing can stand between you and your God. For in his own hands, in His own words, the Lord has said that he and the Father are one and that no man is able to pluck you out of his hands (John 10:28-29 KJV).

In this season, being fully persuaded is going to absolutely shift the way that you move and how you attack certain situations in your life. How do you walk fully persuaded, doing exactly what God said to do? Building what He says build, finishing the good work of the Lord? Finishing what you start.

Becoming a finisher of projects, ideas, and creativity. Starting and then taking it all the way with the Lord. Not halfway moving, not leaving and coming back, not breaking some things and then picking them back up, but fully persuaded in Him. Fully connected with him, fully entwined in the Word, covered by the Word, and full of His Spirit. That’s what it is to be fully persuaded. I pray this for you today.

Closing Devotional Prayer

My prayer for you:

Father, in the name of Jesus. Thank you for the mighty woman of God. Thank you, God, that she’s here again, she’s up again. I thank you, oh God, that you make no mistakes. You are walking with the mighty woman of God through this new season.

I thank you for the weighted glory of God over her. I thank you, God, that everything is not like you must break. And that in its place, oh, God, there’s a peace that surpasses understanding. That there’s a grounding peace in your spirit. Thank you, God, for a fresh wind over her life.

Thank you for a fresh wind over her finances, God. Thank you that the mighty woman of God is speaking fully persuaded that nothing can separate her from the love of God. I thank you right now, God, that every weight is broken, every sin. Oh, God, let it be confessed unto you that she may experience liberty. For whom the sun sets free is free indeed. Thank you, Jesus. I thank you, Lord. And I pray in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

Take heart that God hasn’t forgotten about you. He knows what you’re dealing with. The enemy gets so loud at night that it seems like you have to reset every day to get back to joy, to get back to love, and to get back to peace. When the truth of the matter is, if we could learn in the midnight hour to bless him, to just be so full of glory and peace, and just reach for God, that he would reach for us.

As a matter of fact, the scripture says that if we draw nigh to God, that He will draw nigh to us. This is a promise of God. The drawing happens whenever you decide to reach for God. When you decide to reach for His presence, that’s when the Lord draws near. That’s when He covers you. That’s when you can break through all of the chaos of the day and begin to truly hear Him in that still, small voice.

In the secret place, in your prayer room, in your prayer closet, at the kitchen table, wherever you are, pray, seek Him, and just rest in the knowledge that God hears you and that he’s drawing nigh to you as well.

Don’t be overwhelmed by the issues of life and all of the barriers that are coming the next day. Remember that these things do matter, but they do not matter more than your peace, and they do not matter more than your rest with God. They do not matter more than the life you speak over your heart and mind. Nothing matters more than your relationship with God.

Follow Him into the plans he has for you, into the authority He’s called you to, and into the dominion. Follow Jesus. Not this world, not society, and not religious expectations. Follow Jesus.

There are many of us who are called to unique paths that don’t make sense to anyone in our families. Follow Jesus. Reach for Him. Take hold of His presence. Take hold of His spirit. He loves you. He loves you, and he wants you to win. He loves you, and he wants you to experience the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding.

So keep your mind stayed on the things above. Keep your mind on the blessings of God. Shift the atmosphere immediately, suddenly, as often as is needed until the default is praise and the knee-jerk is blessing the environment, your children, everything. Because mighty woman of God, the power is in your mouth to bless your whole life.

The Message For Today (April 1, 2026):

Jesus is calling. He’s calling us out of the darkness. He’s calling us out of low places. He’s calling us into His marvelous light. In this season, Isaiah 60:1-3 shows us that there are times when the Lord calls us to arise in the light that he has given us because the earth is covered in darkness.

That time is coming upon us. The way that darkness is spreading through every realm, and it has been for decades, but there’s been an acceleration. The darkness in the world, the depression from not being able to manage the issues of life, the outright demoralization from not being able to afford the cost of living, the wars that are springing up all over the planet, the distractions, the fear, all of it is darkness.

All of these weapons of the enemy are being unleashed to usher in a season where we don’t have the liberty to worship. We won’t have the liberty to know God, to joy in our salvation, to be free, and to be sovereign. These things are under attack every single day, but when we stand on the word of the Lord, and we come before him, withholding nothing, the Lord pours out His Spirit.

He pours out all of the love, all of the peace, and all of the joy we need to rise in a dark and fallen world, and the darkness is different. The darkness is heavier, but God is still able.

He is still God.

He is still our strong power.

He is still lifting us.

He is still blessing us.

He is still covering us.

He is still bringing forth the peace that surpasses all understanding.

He is still God. He is faithful in every season, and with loving kindness, he draws us into him.

He draws us to his presence, to his spirit. He opens his heart. Behold, it says in Revelation 3:20-21, that he knocks at the door waiting for us to open it. In Revelation 3:20-21, it states:

²⁰ Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

²¹ To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. - Revelation 3:20-21 KJV

So He is truly the author and the finisher of our faith. He is truly guiding us to walk this walk that he has set before us, to know there is not one thing that is greater than him. He will always make a way of escape, and we can come before Him and pray for the liberty in which he has set us free. This is the time to answer. This is the time to say yes, God.

This is the time to be still and know that He is God, for he will be exalted in all of the heavens and all of the earth. He is God alone. As we see the darkness in the land, we see the chaos, we see all of the uprising and the frustration with women and the frustration in society, the culture war, the physical wars, the digital wars, the A.I. wars of replacing children and college grads in jobs, like the entire earth is at war, but God gives us something in the midst of it.

He gives us the promise that he will never leave us and never forsake us. He draws us to Him through his scripture, through his word. He sends messengers to spread the gospel. He sends the women of God and the men of God who bear His glory. He sends the answer in the earth.

He sends the music. He sends the worship. He sends the joy. He sends His angels. He lifts us up in times of trouble. He heals the broken. He covers our hearts and minds. This is the love of our Father in the earth. He is with us right here, right now. He is God right here, right now.

He is able. He is making a way of escape for us. He is making a place for us to rest in the midst of it. He gives us His scriptures. He gives us his word that we may have the tools needed to overcome the devil and all of the weapons of the enemy. All of the principalities and dark forces must bow in the face of our God. They cannot prevail.

So, us being full of glory, being image bearers in Christ, and being his daughters, this matters. Identifying as His daughter, identifying as a follower of Christ, and identifying as one who knows God and God knows you. Relationship, prayer, fasting, joy, despite the circumstances, prayer, faith, all demonstrated in His word.

All laid out that we may walk in the victory of the Lord while in the land of the living. This is the will of the Father:

• that we would come closer,

• that we would come to Him,

• that we would be ready to just sit with Him,

• to sup with Him, to open that door as He is knocking.

He has been knocking. So to open that door and to let God in. To be authentic, to break bread with Him, knowing that He is God and that he is more than able. Surrendering our fears, our worries, anxiety, and the things that we can’t control, all of them, placing these things at his feet. Knowing that He is the sovereign God, the great I am, the King of the universe, and that He has our world in his hands.

He knows the plans that He thinks towards us to give us a future and a hope. This is the promise of God, unconditional. He knows the plans. So tonight, this morning, whatever time you’re listening to this devotional, be still and know that he is God. Be still, and rest in His presence. Release the weight of yesterday.

Prepare for this new day and this new dawn, giving Him glory. Release the weight and know that he is God.

Closing Devotional Prayer

My prayer for you:

Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank you. I thank you for the grace and the glory of God. I thank you, God, that you are mighty. You are more than able. Thank you, God, for being the king of kings and the Lord of lords. Thank you, God, for the empowerment of your spirit.

Thank you, God, for drawing us with love and kindness. Thank you, God, for making ways out of no way. Thank you, God, for creating a place of safety, O God, in your presence. Thank you, Lord, God, for the worship, God, which breaks the chains, the warfare, O God, that we wage in prayer and in fasting and in all the weapons, which are mighty through you, God, for the pulling down of strongholds.

So I thank you for prayer. I thank you for worship. I thank you, God, for fasting. I thank you for the glory of the Lord. I thank you for the mighty woman of God, walking by faith. I thank you, Lord, and I pray in Jesus’ mighty name, amen.

We serve a mighty God. Our God is able to change everything, anything. We look to the scriptures for His will. We look to the scriptures for our day-to-day lives. We (humanity) often use the scriptures to mitigate behavior in an attempt to control and coerce, to prove it, or to demonstrate.

But what if the scripture became our resting place? What if the word of the Lord became our pillow? What if it became the thing that we lived in, breathed in, and then we would begin to just write the word of the Lord in our hearts that we might not sin against God, versus using the scripture to try to convince or coerce others?

We see that sometimes through churches where the word is used to admonish, it is used to correct, or it’s used to restructure thought. But what if the word became something where we took that word in hand and we received the word of the Lord? We received it for ourselves. We rested it on our hearts. We received the scripture, which brings conviction in and of itself, but also brings comfort.

What if we took God at his word in everything: in our finances, with our children, and with our health, so that literally we could pray for anything, and God could do it?

• That with man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.

• That God is able to do great things.

• That there’s nothing too hard for the Lord.

• That He is our great God.

• That the Spirit brings life and prays for us when we don’t even know what to pray.

What if these scriptures became something we would breathe, live, eat, that we would meditate on day and night, that we would have good success, that we would make our way prosperous?

What if today became the first day that you began to see the miracle-working God every single day?

• That you would see that the breath in your lungs is a miracle?

• That you would see that being able to drive on these highways and come home safe is a miracle?

• That you can get in your car and press the gas, and it’s a miracle?

What if we saw these tiny miracles as evidence that God is mighty? That we saw these scriptures as evidence that the king of the universe, the creator of the cosmos, was speaking to us through the word?

How would we collectively see the word differently? How would you individually change your life if the word became something you would eat, breathe, apply, write on your heart, believe the miracles, believe the signs, believe the wonders, and believe that there is nothing too hard for God?

What would happen if you believed?

How would you move if you believed? If you knew that we had a good Father who would catch you, that there is no risk when you’re walking with Him. There is no risk when you are walking in the word of the Lord. There is no heaviness that he can’t break. There is no grief that he cannot heal through us. There is nothing too hard for God.

The word of the Lord is a miracle. The breath of God is a miracle. Us being here now alive and well in our righteous mind is a miracle. Giving thanks in all things, let us see the miracles, the signs, and the wonders.

And regardless of the heaviness and all of the things we struggle with, let us turn to God in joy and thanksgiving because He is a miracle-working God. Because you’re here. Your very life is a miracle. You’re breathing. You’re alive.

Let’s turn to God and just bless him. I pray that you spend the evening blessing His holy name, lifting him up, and trusting that as you bless his name and as you lift him up, that your gratitude is opening the door to thanksgiving, to peace, and to triumph in Jesus’ name.

The Message For Today (March 31, 2026):

Right now in your life, take an account of all the things that you’ve been able to build, all of the things that you crafted with your hands, the things you worked very hard to pull together, and the things which you find pride in because you poured yourself into them.

These things can easily become idols when we forget that God was right there in the midst with us the entire time. Through the lows and the highs, God promises us in scripture that he will never leave us and never forsake us. He shows us in his word that he is faithful, and he is right there with us every step of the way.

The stark difference when you’re facing something you believe is in your control, and then you’re facing something that is so far out of your control that you go before the Lord to cry out for deliverance, will show you where your heart is. The God that is with you in the easy times is also the God that is with you in the hard times. The same God. God does not change. He is the same from everlasting to everlasting (Psalm 90:2 KJV).

But how we treat God in the easiest times in our lives can show us whether or not we are committed to having a relationship with Him, or whether we are committed to only going to him in times of need.

In Judges 7:2, we can see in our Cornerstone Scripture that the Lord admonished Gideon after years of the Midianites having victory over Israel. The Lord reached out to Gideon through an angel of the Lord and called him a mighty man of valor.

In Judges 6, as Gideon was hiding food in the wine press, the angel of the Lord came to him. In Judges 6:12, it states:

¹² And the angel of the Lord appeared unto him, and said unto him, The Lord is with thee, thou mighty man of valour. - Judges 6:12 KJV

So the Lord called Gideon by name. The Lord called him a mighty man of valor. And God empowered him to tear down the altar of Baal, and they cut down the grove that was by the altar of Baal.

In so doing, Gideon wasn’t really a popular person. They threatened to stone him if not for the words of his father, which stayed the hand of those men in the tribe who wanted to kill him for tearing down the altar to Baal (Judges 6:30-31 KJV).

So we get to Judges 7, after the Lord has told Gideon that that was just the beginning. That tearing down everything that was not like God, cutting down the grove, and removing the altar of Baal was just the beginning. That was the beginning of Israel being restored, was clearing out all of the idol worship.

Now the Lord called Gideon to go deeper, to not just tear down the altar, but to now come against the Midianites. And there were 30,000 men here at this battle, ready to go to war. But some of them were afraid, and some of them didn’t have the right posture.

So in Judges 7:2, out of the 30,000+, the Lord admonished him that some of them had to go, lest Israel think that they did this on their own. This was going to be a time where only God could get the glory. That meant it was going to be difficult. It was going to seem impossible. It was going to be unrealistic. It was going to seem illogical. And it was going to take faith.

From a space of 32,000 men, the Lord decreased it down to 10,000 men in verse 3. And then the Lord decreased it again in verse 7, down to 300 men. So those 300 men and Gideon were the only ones authorized to go to battle.

Why would the Lord decrease an army from 32,000, which assures victory and assures that finally the thing can end, and so reduce it that everyone knows that it was only God that did it?

This was to eliminate the idea that just because it was easy, it meant that they did it of their own volition. Just because they had so many things and so many men and so many resources and so much power, that they somehow saved themselves.That idea, that they could pride themselves on overcoming the enemy by their own hand, was what God wanted to eliminate.

Likewise, in our lives, there are situations where we feel as if we just had more.

• We wish we had more resources.

• We wish we had a greater capacity.

• We wish we could just have all that we needed.

But God gives us just a little. Just a still small amount. Just the fish and the loaves. He gives us the small amount and says, “Go”, and then tells us that His grace is sufficient, and that his strength is made perfect in our weaknesses.

In 2 Corinthians 12:9-10, it reads:

⁹ And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

¹⁰ Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong. - 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 KJV

So God tells us, No, I don’t need you to be strong. I don’t need you to have it all together. I need you to understand that my grace is sufficient for thee.

So the perfections that we so seek because we want to feel in control, we want to feel like we have it all together, these things are not things that please God. It is our faith that pleases God. It is our belief in Him that pleases him.

To walk with God and to know, regardless of what the circumstances look like, that He is God alone, that he is more than able, that God Himself is more than enough, is what strengthens our faith. It is what carries us into a deeper level of trust, a deeper level of relationship, knowing that we’re not on our own.

We don’t have to do it by ourselves. And even if we can do it by ourselves, we know that we’re doing it by the grace of God in us, to go exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to that Holy Spirit power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20-21 KJV).

We see this as our walk with God, and when we treat life like we always want to give Him glory, that in the good times and in the bad, that he’s God alone. That even when it’s easy, no, we didn’t do it on our own. We did it with Christ in us. We did it with the glory of God with us. We did it by His hand.

Honoring the Lord our God for being with us, who has made it so that we can overcome. Who has paid the price that we would have victory in life and victory in everlasting life in eternity, knowing that we are with Him.

This is our faith. This is what we believe.

But how we walk on our day-to-day shows us whether or not we honor the fact that God is more than enough, that we have everything we need, whether lacking or abounding, whether having plenty or having nothing, we still have God. And so we have more than enough.

We have what we need to overcome every wall. We have what we need to overcome every obstacle. We have what we need to turn any table. We have what we need because He is more than enough, and his grace is sufficient for us.

This is the heart that God desires us to have.

The Bible says that without faith it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6 KJV). Remember that good times or bad, easy or the hardest thing you’ve ever faced, God is right there with you every step of the way, and He is more than enough.

Closing Devotional Prayer

My prayer for you.

Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank you. I thank you, God, that the mighty woman of God is going to grow closer. I thank you, God, for the favor of God.

The Bible tells us not to be conformed to this world, but rather be transformed by the renewing of our mind, that we may know what is the good, acceptable, and perfect will of the Father. This is what the world tells us.

The word also tells us, O God, that it is in our weaknesses, God, that you show yourself mighty, that we are not alone. That we are walking with you, God, grace after grace, glory to glory, and faith by faith. You are with us, God, every step of the way.

So Lord, I bless you. I thank you, King of glory. I thank you for empowering this mighty woman of God to walk fully, O God, in your will, in your word, in every season. That even if she feels overwhelmed, she would turn to you, God, and that she will look up to the hills where her help comes from.

I thank you, Lord, that our help comes from you, O Lord, the maker of heaven and earth. I thank you, God, for being what we need, a very present help in a time of trouble.

And I thank you, Lord God, that we will not gain the whole world and lose our soul. We will not operate in the pride of self, O God, but we will always turn to you, thanking you, God, for every victory, thanking you, God, for every trial, being thankful in all things, for it is the will of the Father.

In 1st Thessalonians 5:18 in the King James Version, God you tell us, in everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

So Lord, I thank you for that, that the mighty woman of God will be thankful in every season, giving thanks in all things, O God. In everything that we’re going to bless you, whether good or bad, O God, that thanksgiving will be a part of our very DNA.

It will be a part of our knee-jerk reaction. It will be the thing we turn to, God, when we don’t know what else to do. We will bless you, O God, in times of great loss and sadness. O God, let us lift you up and bless your holy name, for you are worthy to be praised, O God.

You’re worthy, O God, of our worship. You’re worthy, O King, O God, of us loving you through even our hardest seasons, forgetting those things which are behind and pressing towards the prize of the mark of the high calling in Christ Jesus.

I thank you, Lord God, that the mighty woman of God is pressing now, that the oil, the anointing of God, is with her. O God, that in the press, O God, that she would grow closer to you, O God, that she would begin to know you and you know her, O God, even deeper, ever the more.

It’s never too late. It doesn’t matter how many years we’ve been before you. It doesn’t matter how many years we’ve been in church, O God. What matters, O God, is that we’re growing in you, that there is so much love. There is so much more to this relationship with you than just years in the bank, O God.

Here now, living and breathing, we’re saying yes again, God, to blessing your holy name, to recognizing your sovereignty, God, and to knowing that you are more than enough. I thank you, Lord, and I pray in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

It’s often said that the midnight hour is when the Lord shows his hand. It was in the midnight hour that the Lord walked on the water to the 12 disciples, and we get the infamous recounting of Peter walking on the water (Matthew 14:22-33 KJV). Yes, the Lord comes in the midnight hour. He comes when it seems darkest, when it seems like there’s no way out.

The Lord is faithful to come through the evening hours and to bless you with a sunrise, a new day, a fresh day to release, and to just receive his grace. But there is another reason why the midnight hour matters. There is another reason.

When you are called to walk with God in prayer and in fasting, which we all are, the Lord blesses you to rise at 12, at midnight, at two in the morning, at four in the morning, and pray. And we see in Habakkuk how effective this is. Why does the Lord do this? So when we go to Habakkuk 2:1-3, it reads:

I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.

² And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.

³ For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

The scripture is saying that even though it has been a long time, the promise of God will surely come; it just has been tarrying, but that it will not be denied. It will not be delayed. Tarry is used in two different ways in verse 3 of the scripture. Same word, two different meanings.

One means that though it has been a long time. It has been a long time coming, and it will not be delayed. The second one means that in the future, it will not be denied, and so in the end, the vision will speak. In this case, that vision, those dreams, those ideas often come when we are still enough before the Lord that He can finally get our attention late in the midnight hour.

There’s a reason why it tends to be heavy and demoralizing. You do your best overthinking after 11 p.m. The reason for this is because the enemy wants to distract you, to have you looking at all that is negative, all that is wrong, all that is incomplete, and all that is unfinished in your life, so that you are not open to receiving a fresh revelation.

The enemy desires to sift you as wheat, but the Lord is interceding for you. The enemy desires to distract you and pull you in a thousand different directions, and the Lord says, be still and know that he is God. Late in the midnight hour, the Lord will bring about change.

He will bring transformation, and he will bring you peace. In the name of Jesus, I pray that the Lord bless you, and I thank you for being a part of this community. Until we see the next evening devotional, have a blessed night.

The Message For Today (March 30, 2026):

The hardest thing you will ever face is standing on the promises of God when it looks like nothing is happening. When it looks like the issues of life are greater than the spirit of the living God. When doors refuse to open. When denials continue to come. When rejection is the norm. When life seems insurmountable.

It is in those moments where we must fight. It is in those moments that our trials and our testing become the proving ground of our faith. When God has called us to move with him, when he jas called us to walk worthy of the call of God on our lives, when God has called us to build, to pour, to pray, to create, to love, he doesn’t make mistakes. He knows what he has planned. He knows the vision. He knows the plans that he has towards us to give us a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11-13 KJV).

But our flesh is at war with the spirit. Our flesh doesn’t want to finish it. Our flesh finds logic and reasons to cling to what we know. This is why the Bible tells us to lean not into our own understanding, but to acknowledge God in all of our ways that he may direct our paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 KJV).

The flesh is enmity to the spirit.

When we know what to do, and we know what to put our hands to and don’t do it, that is an outlier, a symptom of the battle between flesh and spirit.

When Jesus was in the garden of Gethsemane and he asked three of his disciples to sit with him to pray while he was yet in the garden, and when he came out, all three were sleeping. And He admonished them that they could not stay awake a little while. He went back in, and the same thing happened again. He came out and all three were sleeping.

⁴¹ Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. - Matthew 26:41 KJV

This is what happens when the flesh has victory over the spirit, even for a moment. We tend to sleep on opportunities. We tend to just be apathetic about life, or we seem to just turn away from our faith altogether.

This is where fighting a good fight really matters. This is where the battleground begins. The moment it feels like God doesn’t hear you, is the moment to go to war, to pray, to fast, and to seek his face.

This is the season to present to His presence and pray, to seek a personal relationship with him that goes beyond anything in this world. One that’s rooted in the word of the Lord. One that’s rooted in peace and a sound mind.

This is the nature of our fight. This is the battle that we face. This battle is wholly ours. The good fight, the fight that keeps us in his promises, keeps us holding fast to the confessions of our faith, keeps us looking up to Jesus, and keeps us from walking away from what could be the best seasons of our lives.

This is true victory in the spirit. This is the weight that’s worth carrying. This is a testament to the grace and glory of God.

Your faith is worth fighting for.

The breakthrough is worth fighting for. Your healing is worth fighting for. The love of God covering you, keeping you, and holding you, for nothing can separate you from his love (Romans 8:38-39 KJV). This makes the walk worth it.

This love from God that surrounds us, keeps us, and covers us. This makes the walk worthwhile. This is what we’re fighting for.

We don’t have to fight for love, and we don’t have to fight for salvation. The Lord has already given us those things. What we fight is not for love of God or not to be accepted by God. He’s already accepted us. He already loves us.

We don’t have to war for salvation. The Lord has already paid the cost for that, but we do war for our faith to be made whole. We press in difficult situations that we may touch the proverbial hem of his garment.

This is the press that we’re in, and this is the battle worth fighting.

Today, take note of all the things that you’re fighting for. The manifestation of your faith. The good report of the Lord. The promises of God, which is yes and amen.

Write down all the things you’re fighting for. Write down what you believe God to do in your life. Write the vision for your life. Write it down. Cast down all doubt, all fear, and fight for your faith.

Closing Devotional Prayer

My prayer for you:

Father, in the name of Jesus, thank you. Thank you for the weighty glory of God. Thank you for keeping the mighty woman of God.

Thank you, God, that as we shift this morning into the day, as she’s at the end of this devotional, I’m praying in the name of Jesus that the weighty glory of God will cover her, cover her family, cover her children, God, cover her marriage, God, cover her finances.

I’m praying for the weighted glory of God, for the grace of God that breaks the hand of the enemy to come forth over her life.

Lord, I thank you, God, that when she cries out to you, God, you answer, God, according to Jeremiah 33:3, that we can cry out to you and that you answer, you hear us, you care.

Thank you, Lord God, for being our great God. Thank you, God, for being our strong tower. Thank you, Lord, for being our defense. I thank you for being a keeper. Thank you for lifting up the mighty woman of God and her family.

Thank you, God, for empowering her to fight again, to believe again, to see the truth of your word again. I thank you, and I pray in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

The Message For Today (March 29, 2026):

Identity is a major part of our walk. Knowing who we are in Christ can be the difference between listlessly moving around life without purpose and building life with intention. There are many states of being on the spectrum of purpose.

The Lord tells us here in Isaiah that he has called many by name. Everyone that is called, meaning this was not just a word for Jacob. It was directed to Jacob, but it was not just for Jacob, who he formed into Israel. This was for every believer who is called to walk with Him, who was created for his glory, formed by him.

This is the word of God for everyone who is called by his name. He made us. He created us. The vision that we have, He is the one who gave us the vision. He is the God that directs our steps, for the Bible decrees that the steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord.

It is God who shifts our lives, opening and closing doors on our journey. It is He that positions us for such a time as this. No one can take that. No one can break that. No one can remove the weight that the Lord has given you, because no one else has called you by name. No one else has formed you. No one else made you.

Everything that we are, everything that we’re called, we are called in God. We are called by faith. We are called in Christ Jesus. This is the will of the Father, that we would walk with him and that we would grow with him, to discover our divine purpose, to see the truth of who we are in him. To overcome every principality and every dark force by walking with the God who knows us, who formed us, who created us, designed our lives, and knows the things that we deal with.

The desire of the Father is that we would know him, that we would walk with him, that his sheep would know his voice. The Lord has cultivated us for a life that grows from season to season. He’s called us to forget those things which are behind and press toward the prize, to press toward the mark, and to know that at the end of the line he’s there.

He’s there daily. He’s there in our uncertainty. He’s there when we feel overwhelmed. He’s there to be the rock of the ages. He’s there to be the word that we hold on to. He’s there to remind us of His promises.

God is here now, and you are called by name. You are called for his great works. You are called to overcome every obstacle in your family. You are called in the name of Jesus to be the bearer of His glory with chain-breaking anointing.

For the just shall live by faith and not by sight. That is the word tells us: for the just shall live by faith.

In Romans 1:17 we are given this instruction. In Romans chapter 1:17 it states:

¹⁷ For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. - Romans 1:17 KJV

In Galatians 3:11, it reads:

¹¹ But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. - Galatians 3:11 KJV

In Hebrews 10:38, it states:

³⁸ Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. - Hebrews 10:38 KJV

We are justified by our faith.

We are not justified by our works alone. We are not justified by people’s understanding of us. We are not justified by the ways of this world or the systems of the enemy. We are not justified by how hard we work to please people.

We are justified by faith. And by faith we receive who He has called us.

• By faith, it was Gideon who became a mighty man of valor.

• By faith, it was Ruth who stepped into the lineage of Jesus when she made a vow to Naomi in Ruth chapter 1:16-17.

• It was by faith that Esther risked her life to save the Jews against the plans of the enemy. It is by faith.

When we decide that we will go to the King, when we decide that we will walk with our God, when we decide to go before the throne of grace and glory for the very definition of our identity, and when we go to him for the plans, when we go to Him bearing our hearts, bearing our souls, and surrendering our lack of understanding, we then step into faith.

We step into the moment in Isaiah 43:1, where the Lord assures us that he is with us. We step into divine grace, and he makes ways out of no way.

In verses 18-19 of the same chapter in Isaiah 43, the Lord gives us instruction. He tells us that he’s doing a new thing.

So after decreeing in Isaiah 43:1 that He called him (Jacob) by name, He then goes on in verse 18-19 of the same chapter to give him instructions to forget everything else, to let go of everything before He called him by name, to let go of everything before the decree, to let go of everything before Isaiah 43.

To let go of the former things. So what does this mean in the scope of this scripture? That He tells Jacob that He has redeemed him and has called him by name, and then 17 verses later says: Now forget everything else, forget who you were, forget every old thing. And it states:

¹⁸ Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.

¹⁹ Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
- Isaiah 43:18-19 KJV

So after telling Jacob that He has called him by name, he says Now step forward into the plan I have for you. He says Don’t be afraid. I have redeemed thee. I have called thee. Now step forward into something new.

A new way. New paths. Ways out of the wilderness and rivers in the desert. Taking care of our every need, guiding our steps in divine identity, in purpose, in truth, and in authenticity.

The Lord has called us to go forth by faith, to go forth answering to the name he called us, and to go forth redeemed, knowing that we have been created for His glory. This is the will of the Father toward you and toward me.

Closing Devotional Prayer

My prayer for you:

Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank you for the woman of God. I thank you for the grace and the glory. I thank you, God, for being Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end.

I thank you for the weighty glory of God. Thank you for keeping the mighty woman of God. Thank you for breaking every wall, every chain. King of glory, have your way.

Lord, I thank you for shifting everything this morning as the mighty woman of God spends time with you, as she lifts up her hands and she praises you, O God, as she blesses you, God, as she walks upright in you.

I thank you, Lord God, that you are with her God, that you are empowering her by your Spirit, that the word of the Lord is going forth, O God, to break the yoke. For we know that the word is sharper than any two-edged sword, cleaving soul from spirit.

Allow your word to go forth. Allow your word, O God, to permeate everything. Allow it, O God, to be the evidence. Allow it to be the truth. Allow it, God, to be the evidence for you are God alone.

I thank you, Lord God, for the truth. I thank you, O God, for your will. I thank you, God, for calling us by name. I thank you, O God, that everything is changing. Thank you that nothing is remaining as it was, that old things are passing away, and all things have become new. I thank you, Lord, and I pray in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

Cornerstone Scripture:

“But with whom was he grieved forty years? was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness?”

Have you ever had a “wilderness experience”? If you’re not sure what it means, according to GotQuestions.org, it is “usually thought of as a tough time in which a believer endures discomfort and trials” and “It can involve a spiritual, financial, or emotional drought.” I think if you’ve been a believer for any length of time, you understand how this feels.

As for me, I experienced this when I was first married. From the outside looking in, I had everything I wanted: a degree, a job, and a husband. Yet, I felt empty inside. My church at the time was not spiritually nourishing, and I carried around guilt and anxiety. I wondered what the point of following God really was, and what it meant. Even though I graduated from college, life was aimless and pointless. I wanted to write, but I didn’t know what that meant or looked like. I got a job at a magazine in the hopes of discovering that purpose.

My co-worker introduced me to the Holy Spirit through The Helper by Catherine Marshal. She also invited me to attend Bible Study Fellowship, a non-denominational organization that studies God’s Word in-depth. Because of her influence and those in Bible Study Fellowship, I fasted, prayed, and sought God. He used others to bring me through the wilderness and guide me back onto his path (which was actually teaching and writing). Since then, I have felt fulfilled in my work and my marriage. Yes, there have been times when my faith has been tested, but those wilderness experiences have lessened as I’ve drawn close to God in the midst of them.

In this passage, the author of Hebrews doesn’t want the wilderness experience to end in death for his or her audience. The author continues to warn them about the consequences of continuing to stray from God’s path and/or sinking into despair. A wilderness experience is meant to turn someone back to God, not away from him.

If you’re experiencing a time of spiritual emptiness, ask yourself why. Identify ways in which you’ve been seeking God. Have you read your Bible? Fasted? Prayed? If you’ve done all those things and still found yourself empty, I would ask another question: are you trying to do this all on your own, instead of asking the Holy Spirit to fill you? I know I was.

I would do all the actions, but I didn’t have the heart to turn to God and listen to Him. I thought I could do everything by myself instead of relying on God to fill me up. I also thought I could hide my emotions and my darker sides from the Lord instead of surrendering them to him. Learn from my example and that of the Israelites: draw near to God, and he will draw near to you (James 4:8). It might take awhile, but don’t give up praying. He hears you, and he will answer you in his timing.

Let’s pray.

Dear Lord, help me to sense you are near, even in the wilderness. Let my heart be open to where you will take me, and be guided by your Holy Spirit. Fill me up and help me to seek you. In Your Son’s Name, Amen.

There’s so much to be thankful for. There are so many things that could go wrong day by day, but we make it inside of our homes every day. There’s so much that we can see around our home and just start saying, “Thank you, God,” but we’re not always taught to do that.

We miss out on the crucial peace that is gratitude and prayer. Gratitude and love. True gratitude that doesn’t just sit inside the utterances, but also sits in your heart in the midnight hour, when it feels like you haven’t really accomplished much.

There is a grace that comes in the midnight hour for just receiving what thus saith the Lord. Despite the overwhelm and despite the tiredness, God is still able. Despite the adjustments, God is still able. He’s able to do it.

When we operate by the reality that He is the God who created the universe, and that all of our needs are in the palm of his hands, we can then start to come to him like a good Father: full of peace, full of love, full of care, and full of trust.

We can do this knowing who he is. We can do this knowing that He is good and that He is God. We can do this, and we can trust this process. We don’t have to rush it.

We can step into a place of divine gratitude right here, right now, and in doing so, begin to shift everything. Tonight, pause. Take a moment and start counting your blessings. Start counting the favor of God. Start counting the things that the Lord has done, and just start thanking him for it.

Because it’s not about having a clock. It’s about being reminded that He is good. It’s not about having a list of accomplishments. It’s about being reminded that God has always been with you.

To clear out confusion, know who you truly are. This is what happens when we trust God, when we lean into him, and we just allow God to be God, when we rest, and we release, and we trust him.

That is the favor of God.

My prayer for you.

Father, in the name of Jesus, thank you. Thank you for covering the mighty woman of God. Thank you for another short evening devotional. I pray a blessing over the mighty woman of God right where she is. I pray that her sleep be covered and that it be sweet. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

God is here with us right now. He knows the desires of our hearts. He knows that we face struggles. He knows that there are battles to overcome. Yet and still, He has a journey. He has a destination. He has a path for us to walk, each and every one. He knows the end from the beginning. He knows exactly how we’re going to end up walking through certain situations.

He knows that there are struggles and there are trials, but the Lord is still with us through those struggles and trials. So we don’t have to face the world alone.

Here in our cornerstone scriptures, we see that patience is the key, that patience is working. In James, it describes patience as her perfect work. So this spirit of patience, this settled mind, it’s described as her perfect work, withholding nothing, the same way that wisdom is described and attributed as her in the Scriptures.

This is the grace and glory of God, that he is showing us that when we wait on him, when we stay aligned with his word, and when we stay submitted unto the Lord, we are going to see patience come forth.

It is a fruit of the Spirit to have long-suffering. This fruit of the Spirit known as long suffering means that we are patient, that we are not rushing, that we don’t see delays as denials, that some way, somehow, as we’re growing in Christ Jesus, we will see doors open in season. We believe a harvest is coming.

So patience having her good work, that we may be perfect and entire, that we may be whole and wanting nothing. That takes time. It takes maturity. It takes us being still before the Lord to get to a place where we may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.

The season feels a little heavier than normal. Between what is happening on Capitol Hill, and what is happening with global wars, and what’s happening even in our own backyards, there are a lot of things that are there to just add weight, to make us afraid, to keep us distracted, and to keep us embroiled in the weight that so easily besets us.

However, we have a good, good God. A Father, the lover of our souls, who says to us to be still, who gives us room to breathe, who gave us the oceans, the mountains, the hills, and all of the heavens. He gave us nature. He gave us the wind and the waves. He gave us the beauty of this world that we may be able, at any given moment, to look up, to see that He is God, and to know that He is able.

We have a good, good Father who loves us, who has promised us in Scripture that He will never leave us and never forsake us. We have the weighted glory of God right here, right now. The hand of the Lord, the blessing of His Spirit here and now, the peace that even though we might have made missteps or mistakes, and even though we may feel heavy and overwhelmed, whatever the situation may be, God is here now. He is with us in this moment.

This is the moment of the divine reset.

This is the moment that we let go of everything that was before, and we just make room for the evening, make room for the peace, make room for the joy. Give our minds room to just be still.

Despite the chaos, despite responsibilities, despite babies and children and spouses, God has given us the ability to commondeer the atmosphere, to be still, and to know that He is God. To settle the little ones, to give ourselves space, room to create a space of sitting before the Lord in quiet reflection, prayer, and thanksgiving.

Just counting every blessing. Just looking around our homes, looking around at our children, and just counting every blessing in the name of Jesus.

This is the power that God has given us. This is the divine reset that we can take hold of in any given moment, for He is God. May the Lord bless you. Until the next evening devo, have a good night.

Each prayer for this daily devotional community starts with “Your mercies are new every morning”. Every prayer starts this way because, as we wake up in the new day, this is a fresh opportunity to face the day without the weight of every previous decision made in the earlier parts of the week, years ago in your life, whatever the case may be.

When you wake up in the morning, and you stand before the Lord, you are standing before him with a new opportunity to bless him, a new opportunity to walk with him, a new opportunity to stand fast in what he’s called you, to stand fast in the promises of God, and to stand fast in the truth of his word. His mercies are indeed new every morning.

The ability to wake up, take a deep breath, and face this day with the Lord, regardless of what you’re dealing with personally, regardless of what struggles you may have been encountering lately in your life, today is a new day. This is a new moment. This is the moment that God sets us free.

The Bible tells us that where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (2 Corinthians 3:17 KJV). It tells us that whom the Son sets free is free indeed (John 8:36 KJV). We have these biblical truths to remind us that we are no longer under the chokehold of the yoke of bondage. And that even though we might have dealt with something last night, the day before, or even an hour ago, in this moment, the Lord gives us another opportunity to come before him, confessing our sins and believing that he is our God.

The Message For Today (March 25, 2026):

We live in a society that believes that you should pay the ultimate price for things they don’t like, for disagreements, and for failures that they believe are the ultimate sin. This same society excuses away sin that you may abound in it, that you may continue in it if it’s an acceptable sin.

In a society that hates Jesus, that accuses the brethren, and desires to sift the church as wheat, remembering the Word of the Lord concerning you is important. Remembering that we serve a God who opens the door again, who loves us, who has paid the cost for our sins, and desires to see all things made new in our lives. This is the God that we serve.

We serve a God of second chances, of forgiveness, of love, of accountability, of peace, and of joy. We serve the God who turns the tables as He owns the earth and everything in it. He created the universe, the oceans, and told the land where to stop. We serve a God who created us, put breath in our lungs, and told us to be fruitful and multiply.

Knowing that we follow this God, that we love this God, and that this God loves us, is enough to just let go. It is enough to let go and intentionally shift your thinking from this world, to not be conformed to the thinking of the world, but rather be transformed by the renewing of our mind. That’s what the word tells us in Romans 12:2, in the King James Version.

God has called us to break away, to be born again, and to receive that He is God in our lives. To be reborn in spirit, to let go of the weight of yesterday, to step out of patterns and strongholds with victory. God has created us for this. He has created us for rebuilding, restoration, and resurrection in Jesus. For us to have our lives, our very hearts, our very minds rebuilt and resurrected in Christ, that we may be reborn.

That we may know the truth of who we are in Christ Jesus, forgetting those things which are behind. That’s what the Bible tells us in the word. In the King James Version, Philippians 3:13-14 states:

¹³ Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,

¹⁴ I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. - Philippians 3:13-14 KJV

Your rest is an act of warfare. Your capacity to be still and to relax and to release the weight of today immediately breaks the hand of the enemy over your life, over your finances, and over your household.

When you decide to rest, you’re telling the environment, you’re telling the circumstances, and you’re telling the chaos that it can no longer push you to and fro. That you will not be consumed in the pressures of life and that you will not be consumed by anxiety, worry, fear, overwhelm, overthinking, and any manner of weight the enemy decides to put on us as women of God.

That breaks when you rest.

All of these heavy weights in the spirit break when you rest. When you are still and when you create space for you to just sit at the foot of the Father, to sit before his throne of grace and mercy, to rest before him, to turn off the devices, and to end the noise.

Reclaiming your rest and your peace in God is an act of war. It is an act of spiritual warfare because so few of us consider that rest is one of the weapons of our warfare, which are not carnal, but mighty through God (2 Corinthians 10:3-6 KJV).

Rest is literally mighty through God as a breaker. Rest in gratitude, in thinking on the good, whatever is good, whatever is lovely, AND whatever is of good report is an atmosphere changer (Philippians 4:6-8 KJV). The atmosphere in your heart and mind changes first, and then everything flows from it.

This is why the Bible tells us to guard our hearts, for the issues of life flow from it (Proverbs 4:23 KJV). So when we intentionally create rest for our weary souls, we open up opportunities to be still. God brings in new revelation. He brings in new strategies. He can pour in something new that we have not yet considered.

We can stop leaning to our own understanding, and we can acknowledge that he is God (Proverbs 3:5-6 KJV). All of the weight, all of the weapons of the enemy, and all of the distractions begin to break under the weight of your rest. That is the heart of the Father for you, that you would rest in the name of Jesus.

My Prayer for You:

Lord, thank you for the mighty woman of God. Thank you for the peace of God. Thank you, God, that this is essentially, God, the A-OK for her to let go and to let you have complete authority and control over her life, that you are still God even outside of her control; even outside of the work of her hands.

You are still the Father, that Lord, you have more for us. If she has been so busy, so overwhelmed that she hasn’t had time to sit in your presence today for an hour, for 30 minutes, for however long it takes to be finished and to be at peace, then we know that she’s doing too much.

I pray for the release from every issue, God, in her life. Every weight, oh God, every to-do list, God, that is keeping her on the ferris wheel of life, keeping her, God, on the wheel, running, running, running, to no avail, to no escape.

We bind that, and we break that spirit now in the name of Jesus. The mighty woman of God is free. For where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. I thank you, Lord, and I pray in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

The Message For Today (March 24, 2026):

While the world looks for the big moments, the breakthrough, the miracle, take a moment today to consider the things that are completely overlooked, the things that are taken for granted. Take a moment to consider the things that the person right next to you may miss.

Take a moment to be still and to know that He is God.

That stillness, that being still before the Lord, that soaking in the presence of God includes remembering the small stuff, the little moments that pass us by day after day and way after way. Those small moments that we don’t even consider as blessings. These things are worthy. These things are worth the push.

They’re worth stepping out. These things are worth your investment, your time. They are worth the sacrifice to consider that you can be still and look at the lilies and receive revelation, the divine provision. This is what the Lord is telling us in our cornerstone scriptures. Divine provision is something that He has promised, that he will keep us and guide us in all of our ways. But we must also be grateful.

We must also come before His throne with thanksgiving andd the reason why is because that is a part of the formula that God gives us essentially for prayer. So in Philippians 4:6-8, in the King James Version, it states:

⁶ Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

⁷ And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

⁸ Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. - Philippians 4:6-8 KJV

It’s showing us right here in God’s word that what we think of, what we focus our mind on, the thoughts of our, the meditation of our hearts, and the thoughts that we have constantly, all of these things matter. All of these things actually weigh in on this journey.
